Wedding Packages

All wedding packages include the following:

  • Our helpful wedding planner demo CD
  • Unlimited consultations via telephone, and personal consultation at our office
  • Lead musician arrives 30 minutes before the start of the prelude
  • 20 minutes of music for the prelude
  • Processional music for the bridal party and bride
  • Unlimited ceremony selections
  • 15 minutes of music for the recessional and postlude
  • One hour of classical, jazz or contemporary music for the cocktail hour


Mozart Wedding Package - $500
 Ceremony Only - Without Cocktail Hour - $400

 Reserved only for smaller weddings, your guests will feel as though they’re being treated to a private performance by one of Symphony Sounds’ finest members.

  • 1 musician
  • Typically violin, cello, piano, flute, clarinet or trumpet soloist
  • $200 for each additional hour


Haydn Wedding Package - $700
 Ceremony Only - Without Cocktail Hour - $550

A duo is a simple way to add elegance to a wedding. The duo usually consists of violin and cello but a violin, cello, trumpet, flute or clarinet paired with piano should also be considered.

  • 2 musicians
  • Typically String Duo or Piano Ensemble
  • $250 for each additional hour


Bach Wedding Package - $900
 Ceremony Only - Without Cocktail Hour - $700

Those who are looking for the luxury of a classical ensemble while on a budget, should consider the Bach Wedding Package. Ideal for intimate settings, a trio will provide a special touch of sophistication to your ceremony and cocktail hour. Includes:

  • 3 musicians
  • Typically String Trio, Brass Trio, Woodwind Trio or mixed ensemble
  • $300 for each additional hour


Brahms Wedding Package - $1100
 Ceremony Only - Without Cocktail hour - $850

Throughout history, from Haydn to Beethoven, the quartet has been the best way to acquire the perfect blend of treble and bass. The Brahms Wedding Package is our most popular package, as the size of the group makes it very versatile and budget friendly. Includes:

  • 4 musicians
  • Typically String Quartet, Brass Quartet, Woodwind Quartet or mixed ensemble
  • $350 for each additional hour


Mahler Wedding Package - $1375
 Ceremony Only - Without Cocktail Hour - $1075

The Mahler Wedding Package allows for several different combinations of instruments such as string quartet with trumpet or brass trio with voice and piano, to name a few. Includes:

  • 5 musicians
  • Typically String Quintet, Brass Quintet, Woodwind Quintet or mixed ensemble
  • $450 for each additional hour


Schubert Wedding Package - The String Chamber Orchestra - $2750

The String Chamber Orchestra is another large ensemble capable of filling any space with a full sound. It’s perfect for a spacious, cathedral-style church or a large banquet hall. The String Chamber Orchestra specializes in classical music, but can masterfully play any style. Includes:

  • 10 musicians
  • Typically 6 violins, 2 violas, 2 celli
  • $900 for each additional hour


Beethoven Wedding Package - The Ballroom Dance Symphony - $4650

The Beethoven Wedding Package is perfect for a grand wedding. Able to fill any hall with a lush sound, the Ballroom Dance Symphony is perfect for those with a flair for the extravagant. The Ballroom Dance Symphony is the most versatile group musically, as it is able to perform classical, jazz, Latin and popular music for
listening and/or dancing! Imagine your guests dancing away to the romantic waltzes of Johann Strauss Jr.
and the sophisticated tunes of Cole Porter and Duke Ellington. To really entertain your guests,
professional ballroom dancers can be added at an additional charge. Includes:

  • 18 musicians
  • Typically 6 violins, 2 violas, 2 celli, 1 bass, flute, clarinet, French horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba and percussion
  • $1400 for each additional hour

  • Two hours of performance time, can include classical, jazz, Latin and/or contemporary music
