Symphony Sounds is represented by a small, elite group of Chicago’s best chamber musicians. Active in the professional music industry, the musicians we represent can be heard performing with the best ensembles in the area: the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Chicago Chamber Musicians, Chicago Civic Orchestra, Lyric Opera of Chicago, and the Elgin Symphony Orchestra.

Our musicians are not people with “day-jobs” who play music on the side; they are full-time, professional performers and teachers. All have obtained at least their Bachelor Degree in music performance from the world’s most prestigious institutions including Northwestern University, DePaul University, Manhattan School of Music, The Curtis Institute, and Moscow Conservatory.

We are extremely proud of Symphony Sounds and the high level of organization and professionalism we maintain. We personally take full responsibility for the success of your event’s music, from the first inquiry to the last note we play. We are always available and ready to help in any way to make your event perfect. With all that’s involved in event planning, the last thing you want to worry about is the music. Our goal is to make the music the most pleasant and stress-free part of the event.

Live music can be affordable, and a good value is as important to us as it is to you. Sure, it’s possible to find a cheaper company, but our rates are fair and represent the high quality of the musicians we represent. When we formed Symphony Sounds, we had a choice to make. We could have formed a different type of organization that offered lower prices and therefore, be forced to hire mediocre musicians willing to work for less. As we know, the lowest price is not always the best value, so we chose to start a new type of music group where virtuosic musicians create concert-quality performances. As a result, we will always be proud of the musicianship and professionalism of our performances.
